Reasonably priced rooms, new-fashioned and stylish with breakfast. Delicious and great breakfast for vegans, and ABSOLUTELY KIND staff. Very early check-in and late check-out, parking close to the hotel.
Wi-Fi was rather slow.

The hotel has a great location close to most of Istanbul attraction including Hagia Sofia, the Blue Masjid, Grand Pazzar, and Topkapi Palace which all are within 5 minutes walking distance. I am really glad with the service provided by the hotel crew. The receptionist, Mr. Yavuz has welcome us with a big smile, he provided as well advise, guide and map to all tourist attraction nearby (Thank you so much Yavuz). The dinning- in room food was delicious and good. The hotel offered free Wi-Fi and coffee and tea facilities which are a good deal and a plus. There are nearby good restaurants, market, and laundry. In addition, Sultan Ahmet Tram station is very close. I never used it though since it is most of the time crowded. Whenever, I needed a taxi, the hotel will get you one within 5 minutes and that was nice and helpful service. I recommend this hotel strongly especially for who is looking for a hotel that is close to most of Istanbul attractions
The breakfast is good but luck of varieties. I thought I will have my breakfast in the Rooftop Restaurant with the great view of the Blue Masjid and Hagia Sofia (as stated in Booking Hotel information) which is one of the reasons; I have chosen this hotel beside the great location. Unfortunately, the breakfast is being served in the lower floor. The room is small (Twin Bid with additional Bed) which is the case of most of Sultan Ahmet Hotel rooms. However, the room was good and cleans without any bad smell. I had safe lock in the room but you have to get the special key from the reception (Old Model) not with electronic digital pin and I had to carry it with me all the time

The location is very convenience for sightseeing and tour. Transportation to and back to hotel s also convenience. I would recommend to friends if they are planning to visit turkey if they are planning to have the same programs like me. I.e. sightseeing and tour.
Though most of the staff are helpful, if will be "an icing over the cake" if they can smile a bit, they serious while working

Location central to many tourist sights was excellent. Good safe location adjacent to public transport or simply walking. Lots of good restaurants on the main street albeit a little expensive in comparison to "off main street" locations.
Air conditioning system in the Bathroom not working..again..requested I be allocated a room where working when booking. Little natural light in the room (108).

amazing views and easy access to top attractions
I had such a great time staying here, with the fine rooftop views and the really good breakfast that really fueled my daily adventures wandering around the historic sites of Istanbul. It was so easy to walk to the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia, both being just a short stroll away from my hotel.

The hotel had a stunning location near an Ottoman - era Friday mosque. Was set in 5 minutes' walk to the downtown, and the workers were outstandingly accommodating and incredibly nice. The restaurant was good for breakfast, I tried fresh dishes.

Lovely balcony with fantastic views of the city.
The room we stayed in was disappointingly tiny. We struggled to find space for our luggage and move around comfortably. The sound insulation between rooms was poor.

The location in Sultanahmed with special regard to the tramway stop which is one minute away; strict non-smoking policy.
Breakfast could be organized better as three present service people don't serve anything.

The location is very near all the interesting places, and easy access to the tram way. A walk from the hotel to the Galata birdge etc. is comfortable. restaurants close buy, but you cannot beat the rooftop restaurant at the hotel itself for magnificient views. It was the second time for my partner and I and will be first choice everytime. The staff were frienly and the reception alays willing to help. very enjoyable stay.

This is a lovely hotel in a terrific location only a few minutes walk to all the old city attractions and right near a tram stop. Rooms are spacious and well appointed. The roof terrace, with its great view, is a nice place for a drink and the wait staff hand out pashminas if the evening cools down. There are backgammon sets if you fancy a game. Front desk staff are super helpful.
Pillows need updating.
